DVD Terms and conditions hereunder will be applied to customers who buy DVD sets.
DVD Terms and Conditions of KBS America
- If you receive a defective item, you shall fax or email us with your product order number and a detailed description of the item¡¯s condition within 14 days of delivery.
- Failure to notify KBS America of a defective item within 14 days will result in customer¡¯s request being refused or discarded.
- Upon authorization and justification of the defective item¡¯s return, customer must send the item to KBS America within 14 days.
- For any defective item, KBS America will only provide a replacement for the returned item, not a refund. However, if KBS America cannot provide a replacement of the returned item, a KBS America credit will be issued.
- After reviewing the description of the defected item and receiving it, KBS America will test and examine the product. Upon confirmation that the item is defected, KBS America will send a replacement via standard ground mail.
- KBS America will bear the return postage and reimburse customers¡¯ shipping costs by issuing a KBS America credit if KBS America is responsible for the described defect. Note that reimbursements to customers will only be for standard ground mail. All other forms of shipping such as registered mail or courier services do not apply.
- Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks to process and return a defective item.
- KBS America is not responsible for lost returns in the mail.
- For any unopened item, the customer must contact KBS America by fax or email and provide the product order number within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the unopened item, KBS America will issue a credit for use at the KBS America e-store. The shipping fee KBS America paid for the original shipment will be deducted from the credit.
EOR Terms and conditions hereunder will be applied to customers who buy EOR discs.
EOR Terms and Conditions of KBS America
- The motion pictures contained in EOR DVD videodiscs are protected under the copyright laws of the United States and other countries. These discs are sold for home use only and all other rights are expressly reserved by the copyright owner of such motion pictures. Any copying, editing, or public performance of such motion pictures is strictly prohibited and may subject the offender to civil liability and severe criminal penalties.
- The picture quality of the disc could be less clear than other DVD¡¯s as the disc is copied from DVCam or Beta tapes.
- KBS America will make DVD copies of a requested show after an order has been placed. Copying time will be determined by the volume of requests for the show.
- KBS America has the sole right to choose and change the selection of EOR programs.
- KBS America¡¯s promotional spots or commercial advertisements may be placed before or after episodes or between segments of each episode.
- EOR programs will be recorded onto DVD-R discs. The number of episodes contained in one DVD-R disc will be determined by KBS America.
- The price is fixed for all EOR programs, regardless of the length of the program.
- EOR orders will be shipped by either standard USPS mail or UPS Ground. The shipping method will be determined by the volume of the order.
- KBS America will inform customers by email the shipping date of each order.
- If a shipped item is defective, the customer must contact KBS America by fax or email and provide the product order number and a detailed description of the item¡¯s condition within 14 days of delivery.

- Upon approval of the replacement request by KBS America the customer must return the defective item to KBS America within 14 days of the approval date.
- Upon receipt of the defective item, KBS America will test and examine the product. Upon confirmation that the item is defective, KBS America will send a replacement product via standard USPS ground mail.
- For any defective item, KBS America will only provide a replacement for the returned item, not a refund. In the case that KBS America cannot provide a replacement of the returned item, customer will be issued a credit for use at the KBS America e-store.
- KBS America will reimburse customers¡¯ shipping costs by issuing a credit at the KBS America e-store provided it is determined that KBS America is responsible for the described defect. Note that reimbursements to customers will only be for standard USPS ground mail only. All other forms of shipping such as registered mail or courier services will not be reimbursed.
